If one of your Audio CD is scratched and has trouble being read, this is not the time to throw in the trash.
because Windows Media Player includes an option of automatic error correction that allows you to listen to your CD damaged as if it were new.
TOOL menu, click Options. Under WMP 7 and 7.1, click the AUDIO CD and then check the box USE THE CORRECTION OF ERRORS. Under WMP 8, click on the Tab, PERIPHERALS. Double click your CD drive then check USE THE CORRECTION OF ERRORS. Confirm.
